Delivery Policy

At Nobawi, we process orders from Saturday through Thursday (excluding public holidays). For orders received before 5:00 PM, we strive to dispatch them the same working day, provided the items are in stock. Please note that during busy periods, dispatch times may vary.

Delivery Methods:

• Inside Dhaka: Within Dhaka City, we primarily use our in-house delivery service for a smooth and reliable experience, complemented by Pathao Courier for additional coverage.
• Other Cities: We partner with Steadfast and Pathao Courier for areas outside Dhaka to provide fast and efficient delivery.

While we aim to have your parcel delivered within one to two working days, In sha Allah, please keep in mind this is a general timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.
