9. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Cash on Delivery charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

ARBITRATION:
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and settled through private, confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The arbitrator shall be legally trained, with experience in commercial and technology matters, and independent of either party. Notwithstanding the above, Nobawi reserves the right to pursue injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property rights and confidential information.

16. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Nobawi are made under a shipment contract. This means that the Risk of Loss remains with Nobawi until the item is transferred to you. Once the item is received, any risk of loss or damage falls on the customer.

17. Fraud Protection Policy

Nobawi recognizes the importance of maintaining robust fraud detection and resolution capabilities. We, along with our online payment partners, continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.

In rare cases where our team is unable to conclusively rule out the possibility of fraud, the transaction may be placed on hold, and the customer will be requested to provide identity documents. These documents help us verify that the purchases were made by the legitimate cardholder.
